Project Coordinator

Help power the UK’s energy transition.

Aura Power is building more large UK solar assets and we need to grow our team! We’re looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to play a hands-on role in delivering clean energy at scale.This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days look the same. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive and reliable.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support for our UK solar assets, from financing into construction and operations. If you enjoy juggling priorities, staying one step ahead, and being at the heart of delivery, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating internal project trackers and databases
  • Managing project datarooms (e.g. Firmex, Box)
  • Recording actions, tracking progress, and following up on delivery
  • Supporting reporting and document control across multiple projects
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the construction team

Ad-hoc tasks might include:

  • Preparing meeting agendas and action logs
  • Coordinating inputs from contractors, consultants and internal teams
  • Supporting audits, due diligence or funding milestones
  • Chasing documentation, approvals or technical inputs under tight deadlines
  • Helping onboard new projects into internal systems

You’ll bring:

1. Experience in project coordination, administration or document control

2. Strong organisational and communication skills

3. A proactive, can-do mindset and attention to detail

4. Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines

5. Industry experience in energy, engineering or technical projects (desirable, not essential)

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000

Benefits: Private medical insurance, industry leading equalised parental leave (26 weeks full pay), flexible working, 28 days annual leave + bank holidays and an extra day every 2 years up to 32 days, pension contributions, death in service benefit, Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice and Cycle to Work Schemes
